Months of hard work, sweat and passion. Two shows. One unforgettable journey together.
On 12 September, the lights went down at D Theatre for Soul in Sync 2026: Legend, our annual “for students, by students” performing arts concert. With 300 students involved and 900 guests across two shows, dance, vocals, rap, drama, media and CS brought student talent and creativity to life.
From April to September, students from Dwi Emas, Sri Emas and MITstem chose to spend their Saturdays rehearsing. Different schools, ages and backgrounds slowly became one team—learning from one another, building confidence and creating lasting memories through music and the arts.
Beyond performing, students helped plan, coordinate and deliver the production alongside teachers, school teams, industry professionals, corporate partners and service providers. Managing responsibilities, deadlines and challenges gave them hands-on experience in communication, event management, problem-solving and professional collaboration, turning classroom learning into leadership, teamwork and ownership.
A heartfelt thank you to every student, teacher, staff member, parent, partner and guest who gave their time, effort and support to Soul in Sync. Your care, encouragement and belief in our students helped create a stage where they could shine—and memories they will carry long after the lights go down.
