
Recently, our ACE Biosphere students put their baking skills to good use at the Innovative Baking FoodTech Challenge, held at Monash University —-where creativity meets culinary skills in the sweetest way! 

Tasked with baking muffins, our young chefs explored unique flavour combinations by adding their own special twist! From Oreo muffins
to lemon muffins
and blueberry cream cheese muffins
— every bite was a delightful treat for our judges’ taste buds.



A huge thank you to NatureTech (ACE Biosphere) and School of Science (Monash Malaysia) for co-organising such an interesting challenge, giving our students the opportunity to experience baking in Monash Food Science Kitchen. We also enjoyed a lab tour with the Monash team, discovering the ins and outs of the School of Science..
Learning goes far beyond the classroom, our students got a real taste of what it’s like to mix science with creativity, and left with new skills, full hearts, and maybe a muffin or two in their bags!
