This week, we welcomed back 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗬𝗲𝗲, a graduate from our sister school, Sri Emas 11 years ago who’s now blending science and soul as both a practising physiotherapist and the co-founder of 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝘆𝗹𝗮𝘀, a kombucha brand he started with his brother, Bryan (who happens to be a chemical engineer ).

 

In a session with our ACE Biosphere students that had both brains and bellies buzzing, Justin gave our students a hands-on look at how gut health affects the entire body — demonstrating bloating and inflammation in ways they won’t soon forget. And yes, taste-testing was included! Students got to sip on some of that fizzy, fermented goodness and ask questions that bubbled up from genuine curiosity.

 

Thanks for showing us, Justin, that the journey to success can be equal parts science, sweat, and a little kombucha fizz.
